By downloading, installing, or using the Nanufy mobile application or visiting nanufy.com (collectively the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Use of the Service

Nanufy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

3. Your Account

Certain features of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@nanufy.com.

4. Data & Privacy

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nanufy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Nanufy", the Nanufy logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Nanufy.

You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Nanufy does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. All financial data you enter is for personal tracking purposes only — Nanufy is not a licensed financial adviser and nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nanufy and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g. App Store, Google Play). These links are provided for convenience only. Nanufy has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete the app at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nanufy operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
